Chris Townsend

Chris and his wife, Sondra, reside in Arkansas, where they have a fantastic family that consists of three amazing kids, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and one perfect granddaughter, Lucy!

In 2019 Chris sold South Ark Electric, an industrial electrical contracting company that he helped found in 2003. He continued working with South Ark Electric until April 2022, when he retired from the corporate world. Since leaving the corporate world, he and Sondra have focused on growing Circuit Investments, a real estate investment company they started in 2019. They focus on commercial properties, multifamily, and apartment syndications. They plan to build a company that can leave a legacy for many generations.

Chris enjoys spending his downtime with Lucy wrapped around his finger, traveling to new places around the world with his family, scuba diving, hunting, and fishing. He has been a member of ISI since March 2019.
