When I was in my mid-twenties, I could have significantly benefited from having had trusted advisors and mentors to show me the way. The sad truth is, I didn't even know at the time what I was missing. As I have matured over the years, I have seen the value of being in a community. Words are inadequate to describe the benefit of another perspective. When things are going well, it's pretty easy to make our way, but when things become a bit cloudy, it's much more difficult to find the correct path. There have been so many circumstances in my life where I was paralyzed with indecision. There have been so many forks in the road and decisions to make without a hint of clarity. There were days I needed a word of encouragement and a longing to hear from anyone that they were proud of me. We live today in the most connected world ever to experience such an overwhelming amount of silence if these feelings have ever plagued you as they have me, you know exactly how I felt. 

I want to introduce you to the Iron Sharpens Iron Emerging Men Mastermind. We are thrilled to announce that we have you covered. If you are a young man between 20-25 years of age, we have created a world-class mentoring program. We have modeled this program after the Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind, at which I founded years ago. More than 150 men are taking their lives to the next level, and we wanted you to have this same opportunity. WHO WE ARE:

  • Leaders, Givers, Career-Oriented, Family-Focused, Entrepreneurs and much more
  • We are intentional, real, growth minded, committed, honest and value integrity.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • The mastermind groups are small and consist of eight emerging men so that intimacy is easily achievable. 
  • We have designed the program to maximize time spent in growing and building meaningful relationships. 
  • For your ease and comfort, we meet weekly on a video platform called Zoom. The meetings are approximately one hour so that you can return to your other important responsibilities in a timely manner. 
  • We will have two live events per year, included in your
    monthly dues starting at $275 per month.
  • ISI Emerging Men will be exposed to relationships that encourage young men to grow, share in discussions, book readings, and are trained to use their God-given talents to serve those they encounter in life.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • The six-month initial commitment to allow the Mastermind program to work in your life.
  • Active participation through weekly ISI group calls, attend at least one of the annual two-day retreats, and dedicate yourselves to give to your ISI brothers.
  • Willingness to grow and be supported if you are in a ditch
  • Willingness to be transparent, authentic, and giving
