When I was in my mid-twenties, I could have significantly benefited from having had trusted advisors and mentors to show me the way. As I have matured over the years, I have seen the value of being in a community.
I want to introduce you to the Iron Sharpens Iron Emerging Men Mastermind. We are thrilled to announce that is exactly what we offer here! If you are a young man between 20-25 years of age, we have created a world-class mentoring program. We have modeled this program after the Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind, at which I founded years ago. More than 150 men are taking their lives to the next level, and we wanted you to have this same opportunity. Hi! I am Anthony Witt. I have been a part of the Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind Group for years. We are glad you are here.
If you want to be considered to be one of the select emerging men to join our group that I will personally be leading, please complete the application form below.
Your application will be reviewed by the members of the leadership team. Once approved, you will get an email to set up a 15-minute phone interview. If accepted into the Mastermind, you will be sent the link to reserve your spot with payment starting at $275 per month.

HOW IT WORKS:
- The mastermind groups are small and consist of eight emerging men so that intimacy is easily achievable.
- We have designed the program to maximize time spent in growing and building meaningful relationships.
- For your ease and comfort, we meet weekly on a video platform called Zoom. The meetings are approximately one hour so that you can return to your other important responsibilities in a timely manner.
- We will have two live events per year, included in your
monthly dues starting at $275 per month. - ISI Emerging Men will be exposed to relationships that encourage young men to grow, share in discussions, book readings, and are trained to use their God-given talents to serve those they encounter in life.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- The six-month initial commitment to allow the Mastermind program to work in your life.
- Active participation through weekly ISI group calls, attend at least one of the annual two-day retreats, and dedicate yourselves to give to your ISI brothers.
- Willingness to grow and be supported if you are in a ditch
