One of the things that you can do to absolutely delight your customers or people around you is making them feel welcome.
How many opportunities do we have every day to make people feel welcome and make people feel important and we miss it?
Listen it is such an important thing that we make people in our community feel important. So think about the things that you're doing today the people that are around you.
I want to give you some homework. Go out today and say, “I’m gonna make three people feel exceptionally welcome whether it’s employees or family members.” Then you watch what happens not only to them but to you as well.
