Dr. Casey Elkins is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Lipid Specialist. He received his D.N.P. from Samford University in 2013, Masters in Education from Northcentral University in 2012, M.S.N. from the University of South Alabama in 2009, B.S.N from the University of South Alabama in 2008, and Associate of Science in Nursing from MGCCC in 2006. In addition to these degrees, Dr. Elkins has been named Diplomate, Accreditation Council for Clinical Lipidology.
Casey is a Husband, Dad, Coffee, Nurse Practitioner, IRONMAN x 16, KONA, weight loss, peptides, HRT, Restoration Health and Wellness.
